2012 - Registration - 2012 Registration Form

Fees are $40 for T-Ball
$60 for Minor
$85 for JRLL
$105 for SRLL
$120 for Pony
$140 for Colt
and $200 for Legion
The $200 for Legion is good for sign-ups through March 31, after March 31 the Legion fee is $230.

For those who could not make it to registration in person, please print off the registration form and mail it to:

If your child is new to the BBA, please send in a photocopy of their brith certificate along with their registration form. All mail-in registration forms should be provided no later than February 24, 2012.

Please be sure to indicate your child's shirt size on the registration form as Youth Small, Youth Medium, Youth Large, Adult Small, Adult Medium, Adult Large, Adult XL.
